I’ll always remember Remedy Drive as the first band I took photos of at my first Creation Festival back in 2009. This was my 5th time seeing Remedy Drive and David continues to bring his A game. Their latest release is a concept album on freedom called Commodity. The album shines a light on slavery, to protest oppression and to empower rescue.
Creation Festival NE 2009
My hope is that this album will sound like a captive’s dream of liberty – a defiant reminder, against all odds, that it’s in the King’s kingdom the oppressed can find refuge, the marginalized can find hope, the child soldier can find safety, the trafficked daughter in the red light district can return to her innocence again as a princess of the realm. – David Zach
David joined the operatives of The Exodus Road in going on undercover missions into brothels around the region to find evidence of underage girls and boys being trafficked for the purpose of rescuing them.
